A little about our presenter, Serena: She’s a taco loving, coffee drinking, nap obsessed #boymom (of one) and wife that enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, yoga, flowers, organizing, online shopping, dreaming big and most currently, learning to surf.
Serena began her career in the wedding industry as a venue catering sales manager. After several years working with venues, she moved into hospitality & corporate sales management where she helped train and develop sales leaders for fortune 500 companies.
After settling into married life, she came back to the wedding & event’s industry via a publication company. During this time, she identified a need for industry professionals to develop and maintain a social presence for today’s customer. She started Delegate and Elevate in 2013 and now has a team of six.
