All replays are now on one page, so you can navigate to them more easily. They are in reverse chronological order, newest first, older below, and are organized by date (Month Year) and the title.

 

NOTE: Chrome and Firefox are the preferred browsers.

The member area houses the class replays, downloads, and other coaching material.

 

The member area is accessed with a username and password. Click here if you have not received or if you have forgotten your username and password.

What happens if I cannot access material in the member area?

It could mean a couple of things. It’s possible that your purchase did not include what you think it should. Also, accessing replays and class materials are for up-to-day subscribers. If your subscription is suspended, your access will be denied until your account is brought up to date.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to the classes you did purchase, but please communicate that with us, otherwise your access is denied until there is a zero balance.

Where do I find Replays and Materials?

Here are some screen shots showing you where you can find replays and materials. The Classes are listed from NEWEST to OLDEST. You will only see the classes that you have purchased access to. Not all classes have Extra Materials – It depends on the class and the instructor.

What if the video is blurry?

Refresh your screen and make sure you have a strong internet connection. Also allow a few minutes for the video to load. These classes are over 1 hour in length, and some are close to or longer than 2 hours. That’s like a movie! You can also make the video as large as your screen by clicking the little arrows on the bottom right-hand corner of the video replay (hit your ESC button to shrink to normal size or use your mouse to click in the lower right-hand corner – it will be a box rather than an arrow).
