Stuart has decades of experience in developing people and building teams. As Assistant Director of RNIB Cymru, he developed 4 national award winning teams working on advocacy, housing, welfare rights and community development. He has taken this knowledge and experience into the balloon industry and in 2018 led a team of Disney staff who had no prior knowledge of balloons to create 85% of the 13,500 balloons created for London Pride 2018. He also developed the Big Balloon Build in the UK which is a developmental project run annually to help develop balloon artists to take on bigger jobs and learn how to be part of a team and also lead teams.
We are delighted Stuart will be sharing his team building skill with you at Promotions & Profits Retreat Orlando 2019.
Kelly Andrews has been leading teams in the Health and Wellness field for over 30 years. She has a BS in Exercise Physiology from University of Tennessee and a MS in Athletic Administration from Florida State University.
Her diverse experience and educational background make her uniquely qualified to serve in a variety of settings including corporate, higher education, non-profit, medical and fitness centers. Kelly currently leads leadership and self-care trainings to business and universities.
She also serves as an adjunct instructor for Polk State College’s Professional Development program.
As a certified wellness coach, holistic stress management instructor, yoga teacher and HeartMath® trainer, Kelly shares her personal journey of finding peace within through her daily practice. She has a passion for corporate wellness and is the founder of Kelly Andrews LLC, a Wellness Coaching & Consulting business. She assists individuals, groups and communities in evolving to their greatest capacity through healthy, happy heart-centered living.
Kelly is an active community leader and served as the Chair for Lakeland Leadership Class XXX in 2012-2013. She is the current Co-Chair for Polk Vision’s Building a Healthier Polk Worksite Wellness Team and additionally serves on the Polk County Citizen’s Healthcare Oversight Committee.
Dave Kramer has worn many hats over the years as a Small Business owner. With his first business selling candy at school at the age of 7, to electronics repair, A paging & cell phone company, a night club, a computer repair company, real estate investing, and now: “AllProWebTools: The Complete Toolkit for Small Business.”
Over the past 20 years, He has coached over 1,000 business owners on how to use technology in their business.
Over the years he has hired over 200 employees, including interns that were inspired to start their own businesses.
Dave’s passion is helping Small Business owners to grow their great ideas into a profitable business. He strongly believes that “If you do what you love, you will always love what you do – and that means you will never ‘work’ a day in your life!” Dave has researched marketing, management, psychology, body language, social dynamics and interactions, computer science – and applied them to Business Networking, customer service, and employee management.
Dave will be sharing these insights to help you to overcome your business challenges and run a more streamlined business!
Living in Vincennes, Indiana; a city of just 16,000 population, Liz started as a clerk 10 years ago and is now the manager of Valley Party Supply. Through rebranding and remodeling the store Liz has increase balloon sales from 9,000 to over $100,000 in just three years, taking what she learned in the balloon industry training and applying it to the company she manages.
Liz continues to devote herself to balloon decor by attending conferences and bring the cutting edge decor to her town. Liz is an active member of the local Rotary Club, Knox County Shriners Club, Relay for Life, Salvation Army and United Way of Knox County. Liz shows through her actions how connecting and serving her community helps build a name for Valley Party Supply giving back.
Liz attended her first Balloon Coach Promotions & Profits workshop in Chicago in 2017, and immediately upsold a corporate client on the Candy themed decor for their upcoming event, increasing their budget by thousands of dollars. In November of 2017 Liz became a favorite Webinar instructor sharing how she elevated her business via her enthusiasm and taking action on what she learned at training to increase profits.
At Promotions & Profits Retreat Orlando 2018 Liz worked side by side with attendees to create decor for the style photo shoots and share social marketing tips.
Liz enjoys sharing what she has done in her business and teach others how they too can have the same success and growth.
Liz is a flame burning bright ready to help you ignite your business strategies and become more confident in your balloon skills.

Disney Springs is a short walk from our Hotel we will meet in the Lobby at 7:00 pm and go explore and have a wonderful evening out. Several locations have free entertainment where we can enjoy the music, dance, eat, shop and have a fun night out!
