HELP your clients FIND YOU!

I have been meaning to write this blog for over a year now. Please know you may find typos as you read. I have never claimed to be a writer, but a balloon professional with a passion for helping others grow their business! And I don’t want to wait another minute to share this message with you!

If you are in business to make money from balloon decor it is Important that people know:

  1. You have a business
  2. Where you are located
  3. What area you serve
  4. How to contact you
  5. Website to see your work and services
  6. Social Media links to become a fan or follower

With the wonderful world of the internet, no need for the Yellow Pages, a prospective client looking for your services is going to go online and GOOGLE, or search for you online!

I am shocked daily at how many websites and Facebook pages I go to of Balloon Professionals that I cannot figure out the above information!

STOP what you are doing right now…and GO LOOK at all you Online listings. (OK so I might be a little hasty if you are in the midst of setting up an event take care of you client, and then as SOON as you can get on a computer check these things out and FIX what needs to be Fixed!

YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS RIGHT NOW…if you do not have these vital pieces of information listed.

*** Do Not use a Personal Profile page as a business page..if you do not know what I mean here is a past mini webinar on the topic. With Facebook, you start with a Personal Profile with FRIENDS and from that you create a Business Page with FANS.

Make sure this info is listed and clear:

#1 Phone Number Some people do not believe in listing a phone number for clients to contact them, they prefer email. Then you need to state information and have an email address listed and a form Contact Us area is great to gather all the data that you need!

If you do have a business phone number – make it bold so people can see it.

#2 Email Address

#3 Located In City and State, possible country and the Area you serve!

I live in Lakeland, Florida, USA people need to know that I will travel in Central Florida to Tampa and Orlando, I don’t want them to think I’m in a different state that has a Lakeland.

#4 List of services, what do you offer to your clients?

#5 Website linked on your social media

#6 Social media linked from your website

The power of the internet is people being able to find you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! If you do not put this very important information on your website and social media, the people searching for your services in your area will not find you!
