FAQ’s for BalloonCoach.com Replays and finding Handouts!

Thank you for being a Part of BalloonCoach.com! I have been in the Balloon business since December 2003 and I LOVE our Industry! For YEARS I have dreamed of the Ballooncoach.com platform and am So excited to finally share my dreams with you! ONLINE Business Support, coaching and education to help take the Balloon Industry to NEW HEIGHTS!

With that being said — I AM a balloon Professional…NOT a Computer Pro…SO I have tried to make the System as USER FRIENDLY as possible. IF you were with me since our first Class in September with David Mahoney – the website has been UPGRADED so the original passwords you may of set – changed Oct 20th when we moved to the new Payment and programming! Many of you have been BUSY so may not even know there was a change!!!

FAQ’s!

IS the replay JUST Like the live class? It is a recording of a Webinar – that means you will get all the content from the class – but will not always see the “talking heads” that you can see in a split screen setting in a Live Class. I know many of you LOVE Seeing our Instructors smiling faces so during part of the class on replay you will see a video that was prepared ahead of time or part of them teaching, we continue to work with the technology to give you the best replay experience.

We continue to add in more value with Downloads and handouts so you get MUCH more value than the low entrance fee. Our Goal is for you to grow your income from what you learn in the classes. We supply the information — you supply the amount of time you wish to dedicate to your business to increase your income!

HOW DO I FIND the old Replays from past classes I paid for and handouts?

#1 go to BalloonCoach.com

#2 if you did not get an email from Joette@ballooncoach.com with your user name and password. Go to Member Access User name & password Type in your Email address you USED TO BUY THE CLASS and your name — an email will auto send to you with password

#3 Go to the Monthly Guest Class Replays.

#4 Download your materials from Class.

On the RIGHT side of the video you will see NOTES you can download.
